Loyalty Program is not available to and excludes all customers on national supply and contract pricing arrangements.
Points not used to claim a reward will expire 12 months from the date of the invoice through which they were awarded.
New Customer "Bonus Points" are issued once per ABN.
Redeemable Loyalty Points are those points which have been credited to the customer's account upon payment of the invoices.
All trading accounts must be current and free of overdue payments at the time the rewards are claimed.
ONET B2C Store will arrange delivery of your claimed reward, however accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Freight charges may apply to out of metro areas. Alternatively, the customer can arrange to collect their reward from ONET B2C Store.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash.

Terms and Conditions for the use of Vouchers are as per the terms and conditions stipulated by the primary source of the respective Voucher and not by ONET B2C Store
Any typographic or other error in the publication or advertisement of Loyalty Program Rewards which is obvious and explicit, will deem the subject reward "not claimable" in the erroneous format; in this instance the error will first be rectified by ONET B2C Store, only after which the subject reward will then be available to claim using available points.
Reward points are not transferrable and are issued to a company for their sole use unless said company has formally changed ownership/has been rebranded/has merged with another company.
Customers are responsible for advising changes in regards to their preferences and contact details to your ONET B2C Store Account Manager or Contact person.
By participating in the ONET B2C Store URewards Loyalty Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the ONET B2C Store URewards loyalty program.
ONET B2C Store at its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate the use of the ONET B2C Store URewards Loyalty Program if there is mis-use of the program or operating the program in a manner which is deemed as a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Any customer whose account is terminated will forfeit all points in their account.
30 days’ notice will be provided to ONET B2C Store members should ONET B2C Store or its affiliates decide to terminate the program at any stage. Customers will be notified via email. From the date of such notice until the termination of the loyalty program, customers may redeem but not accrue points.
ONET B2C Store may deduct from the points balance in a customer’s account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
ONET B2C Store may make changes at any time without prior notice to members to the terms and conditions and the reward schedule. ONET B2C Store will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so
